Privacy Policy

The only data that we process is your email address and contact information. We process this data to communicate with you via email and to ship your orders. Your shipping/contact data is shared with Shopify. Our email lists are handled by Mailerlite.

Our platform is built on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with Firebase Authentication as our authentication provider. We see your email and any data that you add to your account, but we never see passwords in any form, and we cannot log in as your user.

Our store is handled entirely by Shopify. We never see your payment details. We merely receive and process order information from Shopify's platform.

We might send you some email from time to time. Our marketing has one-click unsubscribes. We try to only send valuable email that you'll want to read.

Terms of Use

Our experience with the calligraphy community has been uncontroversial, friendly and welcoming, and we're committed to maintaining that attitude both on Calligraphy.org and on our social media channels.

We reserve the right to not do business with unfriendly, trollish or otherwise disrespectful individuals. We've been in business since 2012 without incident, and we hope to keep that pleasant streak alive.

Please do not use our images or other content without permission. Please ask first and we'll try to work something out. We usually just need correct attribution, but we reserve the right to say no to any requests. We've had our images and content misappropriated a few times without any attribution, and that leaves a sour taste in our mouths.

Shipping Policy

We sometimes ship via FedEx Express when we fulfill international orders out of our home office.

We ship USPS Priority Flat Rate for all orders within the United States.

Elite OPS ships DHL for international orders. It's just as fast as FedEx and we've been very happy with their delivery times.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and pickups are around 11am Mountain Standard Time the rest of the week. We do our best to get your packages in the mail within 2 days of your order.

Email Chris if you run into any shipping problems and he'll get right on it. "Getting right on it" often means a replacement shipment that may be upgraded to express shipping.

You can always make shipping requests in the shipping notes at checkout. We can usually oblige at no additional cost, and we'll let you know if that's not the case.

Refund Policy

We would rather refund your money quickly than have an unsatisfied customer. We'd love the chance to solve your problem, and we won't hesitate to issue you a refund if you request it.

We get so few phone calls related to Calligraphy that we'll probably just answer "Hey! What's up!?!". Just explain that you're calling about calligraphy and we'll take great care of you.

Data Deletion

Email Chris for data deletion. We will happily delete your account and all associated data.
